AI + Purchases with Receipt

The AI + Purchases feature in ProcessFlex was designed to automate and speed up the purchase registration process using intelligent receipt reading.

You can access this feature through the floating button in the bottom-right corner of the screen, which opens the AI assistant (chatbot).

Simply upload a receipt image, and the AI will automatically extract the key information to create a purchase process.

📄 How It Works

1. Click the AI floating button in the bottom-right corner.

2. Select the Purchases option inside the assistant.

3. Upload or drag and drop the purchase receipt into the indicated area.

4. The AI performs an automatic reading of the document.

5. The system identifies and suggests: Supplier Items Quantities Amounts Purchase date

6. Review the preview of the extracted data.

7. Confirm the information to create the purchase process.

🔎 Preview and Validation

Before finalizing, you can:

  • Review all extracted data
  • Adjust information if necessary
  • Confirm or cancel the process creation

> ⚠️ AI may occasionally make minor mistakes. Always review and validate the information before confirming.

🔄 Integration with Existing Records

The system can also:

  • Recognize already registered suppliers
  • Identify existing products
  • Prevent duplicate records
  • Keep your data organized

If a supplier or item does not yet exist, it can be automatically created upon confirmation.
