How to Register a Transfer

In ProcessFlex, you can register an internal transfer between bank accounts registered in the system.

This feature allows you to move funds between your own accounts while keeping your financial control accurate and up to date.

πŸ“ Step-by-step

1. In the Main menu, go to:Financial > Extract

2. At the top of the page, click the β€œTransfer” button, located next to the β€œIncome” and β€œExpense” buttons.

3. A modal window will open where you can register the transfer.

πŸ“ Main Required Fields

In the registration window, fill in:

  • Value – Enter the amount to be transferred.
  • Date – Select the transaction date.
  • Outgoing Account (Bank Account Origin) – Choose the account from which the amount will be debited.
  • Incoming Account (Bank Account Destination) – Select the account that will receive the amount.
  • Account Plan – Classify the transaction properly.
  • Cost Center – Link it to the responsible department or area.
  • Method – Specify the method used (e.g., bank transfer, internal adjustment, etc.).

> ⚠️ The Outgoing Account and Incoming Account fields are the most important, as they define exactly between which accounts the funds will be moved.

You may also complete:

  • Description – Add details about the reason for the transfer.
  • Currency – Select the currency used.
  • Tag – Add an extra classification for organization.

πŸ” How the Transfer Is Recorded

After clicking Save, the system will automatically:

  • Generate an outgoing transaction in the Outgoing Account.
  • Generate an incoming transaction in the Incoming Account.

This ensures account balances are updated correctly without generating income or expense records, since it is strictly an internal transfer.
