How to register a Financial Account in ProcessFlex, whether it is a bank account, cash box, wallet, safe, etc.
In ProcessFlex, Bank Accounts represent any place where money can be stored, received, or moved within your financial control.
Although the screen is called “Bank Account”, it is not limited to traditional banks.
You can register, for example:
- Bank accounts
- Wallets
- Safes
- Piggy banks
- Cash boxes
- Cryptocurrency wallets
- Digital accounts
- Platform balances
- Any other place that stores financial values

You can create accounts such as:
- Nubank
- Store Cash Box
- Wallet
- Travel Piggy Bank
- Emergency Fund

How to create a new financial account

Go to:
Financial → Accounts

Registering a new account
On the accounts screen:
1. Click the “New Account” button
2. Fill in the Name field
3. (Optional) Fill in the Code field
4. Click “Register”

Code field
The Code field is optional.
It can be used for:
- Internal organization
- Financial identifiers
- Account numbering
- Integrations
- Administrative control
Examples:
- CASH001
- BANK-01
- SAFE
- RESERVE
If you do not want to use codes, simply leave the field empty.

Automatic default account
When your ProcessFlex account is created, the system automatically creates an account called:
- Default Account
It serves as the initial account of the system to simplify your first financial records.
Important:
- The name of this account can be changed normally
- It can be used like any other account
- You can create as many additional accounts as you want
For example, you may rename it to:
- Wallet
- Cash Box
- Main Account
- Piggy Bank
- Main Bank

Example: adding a “piggy bank”
If you want to control a piggy bank inside ProcessFlex:
1. Go to Financial → Accounts
2. Click “New Account”
3. In the Name field, enter something like:
- Piggy Bank
- Travel Piggy Bank
- Savings
4. Click “Register”
Done. Your “piggy bank” will now work as a financial account inside the system.
